What

Project Engineer is a week-long day camp where high-achieving students can learn about the various engineering disciplines through hands-on activity and individual instruction. Campers will be placed on small teams to collaborate with Lamar Engineering faculty on a challenging multi-step project. As they design, create, and test their project, students will work within all five disciplines to grasp the role of each in the overall work of engineering. On the final day of camp, faculty and industry members will judge each project to determine which team will be named the Ultimate Project Engineer Champion.
