Lamar Introduction to Engineering (LITE)

Rising 7th and 8th graders are invited for a week-long day camp where they will participate in hands-on activities and lessons intended to introduce them to the concepts of engineering and the various disciplines of the field. Campers will work with faculty members and LU engineering students, as well as guest engineers from local industry, throughout the week. Grades and teacher recommendations are required. Space is limited.

Fee: LITE Camp is offered at no cost to campers thanks to industry sponsorship
