Please read these INSTRUCTIONS very carefully before beginning the application.
Before beginning the JoAnne Gay Dishman School of Nursing online application, ensure you have the following in PDF format: unofficial transcripts for all university/college coursework, all HESI® A2 scores (if available), and a copy of military identification or DD214 (if applicable).
Application must be submitted with payment of application fee by the application deadline. Applicants will receive a copy of their application responses by email. Applicants will receive a separate email receipt for payment of the application fee. The School of Nursing will receive the same notifications. The School of Nursing will not consider applications without a matching receipt of payment of the application fee.
