The faculty and staff members of the English and Modern Languages Department are officed mainly in the Maes Liberal Arts building immediately south of Cherry Engineering, and our front door is across the street from Education First Credit Union on Rolfe Christopher Drive.
The main department office is Maes 04; you can find it if you go directly toward the giant picture window and turn left.
Our department is home to the Center of Philosophical Studies and the Language Lab, both located in the first floor of Maes, and the Lamar University Writing Center, located in Gray Library.
