1. Must be at least a sophomore (>30 hours).
2. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
3. Must be a member of the student professional organization in their discipline.
4. Positive, outgoing personality.
5. Enthusiastic about engineering/engineering at Lamar University.
6. Must be able to devote a minimum of 50 hours of service each semester.
7. Must be willing to attend a training session before starting as an Ambassador.
