Service

Dr. Mohr served on the executive board of the Texas Council for Exceptional Children (TCEC) as well as on the executive board of the Texas Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders (TCCBD). Additionally, he served as an active member of the Spindletop Professional Advisory Committee for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, as well as other advocacy organizations including the Arc, and Special Olympics.
