How do I manage my registered devices?

You can use the device management portal to:

  • Add an additional device
  • Change your delivery options 
  • Remove a registered device

To access the device management portal:

(This needs to be done on a computer, and you will also require your registered device)

  • Visit 
  • Click on "Manage your registered devices button"
  • Login with LEA
  • Verify your second step 
  • Add a device, make changes, reactivate, or remove device
  • Click Save 
  • Click Logout to complete

What happens if I lose my phone after I complete second step verification?

Contact the IT Service Desk immediately at (409) 880-2222 or email if you lose your phone or think that it's been stolen. You can also login from another device and delete the stolen or lost device from your list under My Settings and Devices.
