Student Organization - "Signing Cardinals"

Student organizations

The Signing Cardinals plans events that provide advocacy for Deaf and hard of hearing students. Both Deaf and hearing students increase their knowledge of Deaf culture and American Sign Language (ASL) through meetings and events.  The Signing Cardinals have held ASL social events, a Deaf Awareness week, and invited state-wide speakers for a program that informed the Lamar community about Deaf culture and ASL.
