    LU biology student tackles Alzheimer's research

    Beaumont senior biology student Jacob Thompson found his passion for neurodegenerative disorders, leading him to pursue research at Lamar University and ultimately being awarded the David J. Beck Fellowship, enabling him to conduct cutting-edge research on neuronal aging and Alzheimer's disease at the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins University labs.
