Arriving at the conference

When you first arrive at the conference for your speaking engagement, look at the event program to see your session time.

When to arrive

Try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your session start time. This will allow for introduction to the session host. As well as set up time for your presentation.

Presentation material

If your presentation contains animations or movies, please make sure those are embedded in your presentation or uploaded separately on the conference laptop.

Presentation time limit

Each speaker will have ample time to present. The session chair will signal when there is one minute left in your time slot in order for you to wrap up the speech.
