    -SURF grant winners’ Orientation is mandatory presence for student and faculty mentor in one of the two days. This workshop is for SURF grant winners and their mentors, only. The calendar of the SURF. grant program for 2022-23 will be presented, and the paperwork for getting started the SURF  grant will be reviewed and signed

    • Sept 25 (Sat) – Deadline for submitting O.U.R. grant proposals (by 6 p.m.)
    • Sept 26 - Oct 5 (Sat) – Window for reviewing OUR grant proposals
    • Oct 12(Wed) – O.U.R. grant winners are announced.

    • Apr 25 - Post grant reports are due to the Director of O.U.R.
    • May 3 (Wed) - from 12:00 to 2:30pm - Landes Auditorium - OUR Awards Ceremony for winners to EXPO 2023. Also, OUR grant recipients wil recieve their certificates for completion of the OUR grant program and the 2nd stipend. The SURF winners will receive their 1st stipend.
