Center for Midstream Management and Science strives for excellence and follows high-quality standards for high impact with an interdisciplinary approach to research. An assessment of faculty strengths and interests, in combination with guidance from the Center's Industry Advisory Board, led to a Midstream Center focus on specific research areas, including:
Greenhouse gas management
Leak detection and monitoring
Big data, AI applications, deep learning, and predictive maintenance
Corrosion detection and prevention,
Midstream system optimization
Since our formation in September 2019, we have funded 39 internal midstream-centric applied research projects totaling $1.25 million.
