Course Reserves

Course reserves are instructor-selected materials put on reserve for a specific course.

E-Reserves

Lamar University and LIT instructors place articles, tests, and other class materials in E-Reserves for students to access at their convenience.  To login, your instructor must first give you a password.  More information about E-Reserves can be found on the Distance Learning Library Support webpage.
For questions or assistance, contact Carmen Doering by phone (409) 880-8745 or email carmen.doering@lamar.edu.

Reserves on 1st Floor

These are physical reserve items held on the 1st floor of the library.  Course reserves may include library-owned materials (books, CDs, videos) and instructor-supplied materials (copies of articles, books, sample tests, etc.).  Ask at the Circulation Desk for assistance with these items.

Request a Reserve

Professors and teachers who wish to learn how to place an item on Reserve or E-Reserve for their classes should visit the Faculty Support webpage.
