What is Exit Counseling?
Exit counseling is required any time a you withdraw, graduate, or drop below half-time attendance (even if you plan on transferring to another school). This counseling is designed to help you (the borrower):

What is a Master Promissory Note (MPN)?
This is a binding legal agreement in which you promise to repay your loan and any accrued interest and fees back to your lender. It also explains the terms and conditions of the loan. This is required before you can receive a federal student loan disbursement.
