Achieve is an academic success program designed to support students on academic probation as they work toward improving their academic standing and rebuilding confidence. The program focuses on helping students develop the skills and habits necessary for long‑term success through personalized support, structured accountability, and a strong sense of community.
Students in Achieve receive guidance on essential skills such as time management, study strategies, goal setting, motivation, and navigating the transition to college. Academic Coaches work closely with students to identify challenges, develop personalized action plans, and connect them with campus resources that support long‑term success.
Through intentional structure and personalized guidance, Achieve aims to reduce repeat probation, increase student retention, and empower students to take ownership of their academic journey.
