This exhibition featured the artworks of four acclaimed Lamar University alumni who have distinguished themselves throughout their careers.
Marvin Hayes (1939-2021), a 1963 graduate, was an award-winning illustrator, painter, and printmaker; Michael Kennaugh, a 1986 graduate, creates abstract paintings, drawings, wood assemblages, and sculptures; Paul Manes, who graduated in 1983, is known for his densely layered complex paintings that reveal the artist's pull toward abstraction; and Allie "Bill" Skelton, who graduated in 1965, created bold and expressive paintings and sculptures.
