Department or College Criteria for Promotion and Tenure

Department or College promotion and tenure performance standards are approved and made publicly available by the Office of the Provost. Each department- and/or college-level set of standards is reviewed every three (3) years. The provisions of each document are pursuant and subject to the applicable Lamar University policies and procedures (including MAPP 02.02.27, MAPP 02.02.28, and MAPP 02.02.31) and the Texas State University System Rules and Regulations.
