TEA Complaint Process

• Candidates should contact our Certification Office for problems concerning TEA. For more information about the certification process, visit our Certification Office webpage or call (409) 880-2125.
• Should students have a complaint that cannot be resolved by the Certification Office, they are encouraged to submit a Student Complaint Form with the University. 
• If your issue is still not resolved, you have the right to contact TEA and file a complaint.
