Dr. Dorothy Sisk, professor of professional pedagogy and Conn Chair for Gifted Education, presents the 2009 Lamar University Distinguished Faculty Lecture, Making Great Kids Greater: Easing the Burden of Being Gifted, sponsored by ExxonMobil, at 7:30 pm Monday, Nov. 2 in the University Theatre. Lamar will host a reception in Dr. Sisk's honor after the lecture in the Dishman Art Museum. Both events are open to the public without charge.
