Minor: Aesthetic repairs only – new carpet, ceiling tiles, paint finish, new light fixtures. No structural, roofing or exterior wall work in included.
Moderate: Renovation of 50% of the building area including demolition of existing partitions and MEP distribtuion devices, installation of new HVAC devices, no new front-end equipment or distribution systems, no structural changes, no roofing, no substantial exterior wall work.
Major: Complete renovation including demolition of existing partitions and MEP distribution systems and devices, and installation of new, no new front-end equipment, minor structural, no roofing, minor exterior wall work.
Demolition: Complete demoltion of building, replaced with grass
