If you or someone you know is in need of mental health services, please review the links below to find resources to fit your needs.

If you are a student on the Lamar University campus and are interested in counseling services during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00), you are welcome to visit the Student Health Center by calling or scheduling an appointment through your patient portal.

If you are experiencing a crisis or symptoms during non-business hours, consider the resources below, or our after-hours/weekend counseling service, TimelyCare.
