Annual Student Org Registration

All student organizations and sports clubs must complete the following steps to secure your status as a registered organization.

  1. OrgSync Registration: The organization's president for the 2019-2020 academic year will update the OrgSync page with the current information about the org including the contact information of all 2019-2020 officers and accurate description of the organization.

  2. Risk Management: The President and one other officer of the organization will attend Risk Management Training offered in the Fall. Both officers must sign a form at the training, to validate the Organization, and verify that two officers attended to comply with Texas standards.

  3. Club Account Signature Form: This form must be submitted by the new President, Treasurer, and then approved by the Advisor, so that the President and Treasurer can have access to the student org's account. All organizations must have an on-campus account. The form can be found on OrgSync. There is one for Presidents and one for Treasurers
