Annual Student Org Registration

All student organizations (Greek organizations and sports clubs)  must complete the following steps to secure your status as a registered organization.

  1. Student Organization Re-Registration:  The organization's president for the 2021-2022 academic year will need to complete the re-registration process on LUHub. Re-registration will be open until September 1, 2021.

  2. Risk Management: The President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the organization are mandated by the state of Texas to attend Risk Management Training every new fiscal year. Risk Management is through BlackBoard. When the re-registration process is started, each officer will get an email with information on how to complete the process. If you are unsure if your organization has attended this training, please email our office at: studentorgs@lamar.edu
  3. Club Account Signature Form: This form must be submitted by the new President, Treasurer, and then approved by the Advisor, so that the President and Treasurer can have access to the student org's account. All organizations must have an on-campus account. The form can be found on LUHub.
