Annual Student Org Registration

All student organizations and sports clubs must complete the following steps to secure your status as a registered organization.

  1. OrgSync Registration: The organization's president for the 2018-2019 academic year will update the OrgSync page with the current information about the org including the contact information of all 2018-2019 officers and accurate description of the organization.

  2. Risk Management: The President and Vice President of the organization will complete the Risk Management training on Blackboard, listed under My Courses. The Risk Management training includes a PowerPoint presentation followed by a short quiz. Both officers must pass the quiz to proceed to Step 3. You will be added to the Risk Management course after completing Step 1.

  3. Club Account Signature Form: This form must be signed by the new President, Treasurer, and Advisor, so that the President and Treasurer can have access to the student org's account. All organizations must have an on-campus account.

OrgSync is LU's online community of student organizations, local service partners, departments, and more.
