Please provide the following information in order to check availability of the Lamar University Event Center for an event.
THIS FORM IS NOT A CONTRACT GUARANTEEING A RESERVATION.If the space is available, we will send you a layout based on your responses and confirmation of your reservation via email. You will also be sent an invitation to view your event as it appears on our calendar so you can monitor the details and notes as we record them.
If the date you request is not available, we will call you with alternative dates/times.
