Covid-19 Event Protocols

All events must be approved by the Office of Campus Operations. You are responsible for contacting Campus Operations to request approval. Event Management will not confirm your reservation until your event has been approved.

Be aware that changes to state or local health guidelines could result in the cancellation/postponement of your event or the need for a reduced number of attendees. We will offer a full refund for any Covid-related rental expenses if your event must be canceled because of a change in Covid-19 guidelines.
