Call to order: 3:30 pm

There was no in-person meeting in December, votes were conducted via email. Shelly clarified that there were nine voting members at that time. Five votes were received; therefore, all items that received five votes were approved to move forward. With the addition of the new college there has been a new member added to the committee

Several comments were submitted regarding a few items. These were reviewed and addressed, and corrections were made where necessary.

A motion was made to accept the December notes. The motion passed.

Office of the Provost – Bradley Mayer discussed the program. A motion made to approve – Motion passed

A motion was made to approve SPAN 2305 – Motion passed.

College of Business –             Gevorg provided documentation regarding the approval of the minor from 2022. The Minor is currently offered. The Program change submitted is to add three courses to the Minor. After much discussion a motion was made to return to the department. This motion received 3 votes and was not passed. After additional discussion a motion was made to approve as all approvers in Course leaf have been received. A motion was made to approve the changes – the motion passed with 6 votes to approve.

College of Engineering – Pre-requisites were addressed. Clayton Jeffryes agreed these should be addressed and will work with David to have some removed. Motion was made to approve as changes are completed to CHEN 3320– Motion passed.

Abdelnasser Eldek addressed the ECEN new course proposals. A motion was made to approve – Motion passed. Dr. Yao addressed MEEN new course proposal. A motion was made to approve – Motion passe

 College of Fine Arts and Communications – discussion from members regarding the name change to the program. Motion to pass – Motion approved.

                         BA-ASLA: BA in General American Sign Language Studies – should be College of Education.

All ARTS reviewed as a group. A motion to approve was made – Motion approved.
