• Revenue and economics for graduation
• Moral is top, be here for students and get them out as soon as possible

Retention is not just faculty, but also for all of us. 

Retention in handbook says six (6) is not enough. 

We went to Louisiana and Georgia to look at growth and faculty scholarships.

Our low numbers must improve.

Meet once a semester.

First Time Criteria:  High School Rank, minimum test scores ACT and SAT

Meet Criteria:  Unconditional Admittance

Not Veterans:  Conditional Admittance

No appeal for freshman if not meeting criteria.

Recruitment: 11 Counselors
