Welcome and opening remarks: Diane Thibodeaux

The Parking Advisory Committee will be the eyes and ears for all things regarding parking lots and parking on campus.  Committee will be providing recommendations for improvement of parking on campus. Committee will be making decisions on parking violations and policy. 

OLD BUSINESS:

         UPDATES: Given by Ms. Thibodeaux:

• New Gate Technology for Reserved Lots will be installed and operational for the Fall 2018 semester
• Parking violation appeals process

NEW BUSINESS: Committee was given an overview from Ms. Thibodeaux of the following items:

• Updated Section X of the Parking Regulations: “Citations Appeal Process”

• Update Section V-D of the Parking Regulations “Visitor Parking and Regulations”

• Sample Parking Citation

• Parking Ticket Forgiveness Program
