The Center funds a number of projects each year. The largest ongoing project is the Flood Coordination Study (FCS) that seeks to facilitate improved data availability to help Southeast Texas plan for, predict, and respond to floods. In addition to the FCS the center is funding a number of projects each fiscal year with a focus on research, education, and community outreach. Projects will be posted as they are funded.

Prior to the formation of the Center for Resiliency, Lamar's College of Business conducted resilience and recovery research related to Hurricane Harvey. The research focuses on the economic impact of Harvey along the Gulfcoast Region.
