Class Descriptions

RED ZONE CIRCUIT: Want something different? The octagon provides a fun and unlimited cross-training, strength and functional group workout that can be progressed and regressed depending on your fitness level, making it perfect for everyone from fitness beginners to professional athletes.  Join us upstairs for this new functional fitness class!

ZUMBA: Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

CYCLING: A high energy class for all levels with great music and motivating Instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints on stationary bikes while burning calories all the way!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Cardio Kickboxing is a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing, and dance moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block, and move in each Cardio Kickboxing class.

MARTIAL ARTS STYLE KICKBOXING: This is a martial arts style fitness class.  You will learn punches, chops, blocks and kick combinations. This class is intense and challenging, so come and join in the fun to master all the moves.

PILATES: Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. Pilates focuses specifically on the core (abdominals and lower back) and helps to promote flexibility and stability.

YOGA: This class is for all levels and taught from the ground up. It is a true blend of the ancient study including breathing exercises and meditation.

YOGA TONE: The class is a fun and revitalizing workout that combines yoga postures and strength training including a cool down with a refreshing body breath exploring meditation.

POWER YOGA: This fitness-based vinyasa practice has many benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction, as you synchronize your breath with the movement. 

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: Total Body Conditioning incorporates complex movements that utilizes multiple muscle groups at one time, making a very highly effective and timely workout. This class will help increase your muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance in addition to overall performance.

BARRE: Grace and strength. This creative dance class combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the grace and technique of ballet. You'll perform a series of repetitive low-impact movements at varying intensities, working the muscles to fatigue to burn fat and sculpt the body.

KILLER ABZ: Join us for a full 30 minutes of core work to give you the killer abz you dream of!

WATER AEROBICS: Join the fun at the pool and get your heart healthy. Water aerobics is for all levels and will keep you fit. You will burn fat while having fun with easy moves that will shape and sculpt you a whole new body.

SWIM WITH A PRO: Come join us at the indoor pool to work with our certified swim instructors. Each week we will work on a new skill to improve your swimming skills.
