By completing this form, you give permission to release the information concerning your GPA for chapter midterm and final grade reports and signifies your understanding of Lamar University's Anti-Hazing, Alcohol, and Illegal Drug Policies.
Use this form to update your chapter roster that is on file with the Greek Life Office. Rosters must be updated within 72 hours from any changes. This updates the roster with Lamar University, however, your inter/national organizations have their own additional required forms to update your chapter roster nationally. Both procedures for Lamar University and inter/national headquarters are required for all chapters.
You can fill out this form as often as you need throughout the term. If the roster is updated after October 15th for the Fall term and after March 15th for the Spring term, the member(s) in question will appear on the grade report you receive from the office at the end of each term.
