Waitlisting is a feature that allows students to queue into a waiting list for an otherwise full section of a course. Students will be allowed to add themselves on a first-come, first-served basis to a waitlist for a closed course. As seats become available, students are notified by email of an availability and a time limit to add the course or lose their spot on the waitlist.
If the student does not utilize the available seat within the allotted time (24 hours) they lose their spot on the waitlist and the next student is contacted.
Please note: Waitlists for crosslisted courses will display separately under each crosslisted section.
Waitlisting begins the same day that registration begins each semester. All courses will maintain a waitlist until the first class day, where all waitlists will be purged.
