Pairings Chairs Amy and Patrick Maloney, along with co-chairs Gillian and Will Jenkins, are excited to introduce you to the wines of Stonestreet Estate Vineyards. Stonestreet, a Sonoma wine, is in the Jackson Family of wines that includes Cardinale, Lokoya, Mt. Brave, Galerie, and the 2025 Pairings featured wine Freemark Abbey.
The Stonestreet Estate winery is located on the west side of the Mayacamas Mountains. It is a diverse grouping of 170 micro-vineyards with elevations ranging from 400ft to 2,400ft. Their focus is on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The winery was established in 1995 by Jess Stonestreet Jackson and Barbara Banke and is now guided by their son Chris and his wife Ariel.
The winemaker is Kristina Scheidler. Kristina cut her teeth in the high-altitude vineyards of the Douro Valley in Portugal and the Catena Winery in Mendoza. When she returned to the United States, she started her journey with Jackson Family Wines at Verite Estates and later became the winemaker at Arrowood. In 2012 she joined Stonestreet as the viticultural enologist, was promoted to assistant winemaker in 2014, and was named the head winemaker in 2022.
We are excited to introduce you to the wines of Stonestreet Estate Vineyards and appreciate your support of this event.
The funds raised from Pairings have a direct impact on the exceptional exhibitions and programs of the Dishman Art Museum.
