Login via phone call to a cell phone or landline

LEA 2-Step works with cell phones or landlines via a phone call as your second-factor authentication.

  • Access the application as you would normally.
  • If the application requires LEA 2-Step, you will be prompted for the second step of your login.
  • If you have more than one device, select your device from the Device drop down menu.
  • Select the authentication method Call Me.
  • Your phone will ring and an automated agent will say “Welcome to LEA 2-Step verification.  If you are not expecting this call, please hang up, otherwise press any key on your phone to login.”
  • The automated voice will respond with, “Thank you.  Good bye” and will hang up.
