Shipping and Receiving
Our department receives and delivers all packages and equipment for Lamar University.

Federal Express Shipments
Please submit the FedEx Shipment Request form by 1:30 pm. This allows a pickup request to be submitted to FedEx by 2 pm deadline. The package to be picked must be at Shipping & Receiving by 3 pm for the scheduled pick up.
FORMS:
- Equipment Transfer Request
- Request items from Surplus
- IT Equipment Removal Request
- Only for items with hard drives (i.e. computers, laptops, tablets, copiers, etc.)
- NOT for monitors, keyboards, mouse, printers, etc.
- Surplus Removal Request
- Removal of unwanted furniture and equipment
- NOT for anything with hard drives (i.e. computers, laptops, tablets, copiers, etc.)
