Our department places property tags on any single item with an acquisition cost of $5,000 or greater.
Purchases in the categories listed below also receive property tags if the acquisition cost is $500 to $4,999.99, unless otherwise noted.
- Computers – Desktop, Laptop, and Servers of any value
- Smartphones, Tablets, and Other Handheld Devices of any value
- Stereos, Sound Systems, and Other Audio Equipment
- TV 40” or greater of any value
- Disc Players and VCRs
- Cameras
- Camcorders
- Projectors
- Drones - *Please note: Drones may NOT be purchased with state funds, local funds only.*
- Guns of any value

KEY DUE DATES:
- Mandatory Inventory Training will be held at the Mary and John Gray Library on the 6th floor.
- Training dates will be posted when available.
- FY20 Inventory Presentation
- Physical Inventory is due annually to Property Management by a set date. This date will be posted when available.
- Remove Equipment from Campus Request Renewal for FY21 is due to Property Management by a set date. This date will be posted when available.
- Changes in Department Property Custodian form is due to Property Management by a set date. This date will be posted when available.
