ABOUT
Facilities Management, housed in the Division of Finance and Operations supports an effective environment that fosters the success of our students, and supports our faculty, staff, and community visitors.
WORK REQUESTS
Work requests may be submitted online or by telephone, by calling our Facilities Management Customer Center. Office hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. For "emergency" facility support after 3:30pm, contact Lamar Police at 409-880-8307.

Approved work orders are prioritized and assigned to the appropriate craft for completion. Emergency requests, affecting life, safety or health, are responded to immediately. Routine maintenance repairs are completed within 14 days.
