University Sustainability Committee
Charge: The Sustainability Committee shall advise the vice president for Finance and Operations on matters pertaining to developing policies and procedures to address sustainability issues; assist with educating the LU community on sustainability issues including recycling, energy, and water savings; and recommend ways to inform people of the successful sustainable initiatives conducted at LU. The membership of the committee shall be composed of staff, faculty, and students representing: Administrative Services, Athletics, Arts & Sciences, Business, Engineering, Education and Human Development, Fine Arts & Communication, Facilities, Financial Services, Green Squad, Human Resources, Information Technology, Police Department, Residential Housing, and Student Government Association. Ex-Officio members may be appointed. The committee shall report to the VP for Finance and Operations.
Membership & Reporting: appointment of members & chair by VPFO; charge to Committee given by VPFO; recommendations from Committee presented to VPFO to President.
