III. HUB Goals/Current Status

1. Discussed the Semi-Annual HUB Report and the 2nd Quarter HUB report. HUB performance percentages were as follows:
   1. Heavy Construction - 0%
   2. Building Construction - 11.98%
   3. Special Trade Construction - 35.63%
   4. Professional Services - 41.97%
   5. Other Services - 6.45%
   6. Commodities - 20.60%

IV.  Upcoming HUB Event

1. Doing Business Texas Style- Spot Bid Fair.  Need to involve departments and increase awareness of the overall importance of the HUB Fair. Delegated the responsibility to committee members to relay information to their areas and/or departments.
