Historically Underutilized Businesses Coordinating Committee

Charge: The Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Coordinating Committee shall advise the vice president for finance and operations on laws, policies, and procedures pertaining to purchases from HUBs. The committee shall consist of the associate vice president for procurement, the contract administrator, the director of project management, the associate vice president for facilities, the assistant athletic director, a library representative, a purchasing representative, the vice president for global diversity, inclusion, and intercultural affairs, the director of customer support service, and a representative from LIT. All members shall be appointed by the vice president for finance and operations who also shall chair the committee.

Membership & Reporting: appointment of members and chair by VPFO; charge to Committee given by VPFO; recommendations from Committee presented to VPFO.
