Educator Preparation Council
Charge: The Educator Preparation Council shall advise the dean of education and human development and the provost on policies and programs relating to professional education curricula, laws, and standards. The membership of the council shall consist of four faculty representatives from the College of Education and Human Development; two faculty representatives from the College of Arts and Sciences; and one faculty representative from the College of Business, the College of Engineering, and the College of Fine Arts and Communication. Members of the council shall be elected from and by the full-time faculty. The dean of the College of Education and Human Development shall also serve and chair the council.
Membership & Reporting: Faculty Senators/Deans conduct election for faculty members; Dean of Education & Human Development chairs Committee; charge to Committee given by Dean; recommendations from Committee presented to Dean of Education & Human Development and Provost.
