Minutes for CID Agenda April 24, 2019. Reaud 202 3:30 pm. Respectfully submitted April 25, 2019 lmh .
Attendees: Randall Terry. Jeremy Alm,Jim Sanderson , James Slaydon , Kakoli Bandyopadhyay, Liv Haselbach, Donna Meeks and Diane Clark and guests.
1. Presentation by April Marroquin and Ryan Litchfield on how they have developed a detailed process to contact prospective students and keep in touch with when admitted. They can send custom made emails from each chair at set frequencies. April will send me a handout to pass along later. Please contact them to work on the information you would like sent from your department. Also, if you do not already get the Argos report regularly of applicants, they can schedule having them sent to youon a frequent basis for your use.
2. Selections for FY20 Executive Committee and CID President. The attendees will make surethe exec committee members for 2019/2020 are set by next meeting . Liv emailed those exec members not present to remind them.
3. Roundtable. More discussions on the orientation process and summer advising. Also, discussions on CID topics that might be repetitive and those more useful.
