Join us as we focus on a holistic growth model for adapting in stressful situations. These workshops are designed to provide tools to assist participants in improving stress management skills, increase adaptability, experience greater life satisfaction, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Faculty, staff, and students are welcome to participate.
