Rental Guide

The items available for rental for use in the University Event Center, include a variety of linens, glasses, fine china, chargers, and special equipment and accessories. The Event Center has tables and chairs for seating up to 350 guests. Additional tables and chairs can be rented from vendors if needed for your event.

RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental items are limited to available stock.

Rental agreement must be completed and a 50% non-refundable deposit required for reservation. Balance due three days prior to event.

RATES

Prices quoted are for a one day, one event charge. To guarantee reservations, we require a deposit be paid in advance. Rates are based on time out whether used or not and ar e subject to a fee and /or loss of deposit.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee. No equipment may be taken apart or removed from the University Reception Center. Any damage incurred to rental items will be billed at replacement cost to the responsible party.

Linens must be kept wax free to avoid additional charges.

A charge will we added for severely soiled items that require special cleaning.
