Intercultural Competence Training Modules
Purpose: These training modules are designed to improve capacity of Intercultural Competence for groups and individuals by developing skill, tools, and knowledge through this grouping of units.

This foundational module will provide an overview, including the definition, of intercultural competence. Also, there is a link provided for resources and tools.

"From Ally to Accomplice: How to Be an Active Supporter to the LGBTQ+ Community"
This module offers a foundational discussion of what it means to be an LGBTQ+ ally and lays out strategies for developing a more authentic and active approach to creating safer, more conducive working, learning, and living environments for LGBTQ+ folks.

"How Culture Affects Communication: Seeing Through the Eyes of the Other"
This module discusses approaches for navigating and communicating across cultural divides in a wide variety of contexts.
