The RnR Founders

The Resilience and Recovery Academy was initiated and founded by the Sociology Program at Lamar University in 2021 by Drs. Chiung-Fang Chang, Margot Gage, Jennifer Fagen, and Garrick Harden.  The Academy is supported by the Center of Resiliency at Lamar University under the State of Texas.

Dr. Chang is the leader of the Academy.  The objective of the RnR is to serve as an interdisciplinary educational center to provide expertise from academics, local professionals, and community stakeholders.  We would like to recognize all team coordinators from the following disciplines who will sponsor, support, and coordinate the RnR programs.
