Early Start M.B.A. – Industrial Technology/ Industrial Engineering

COE-industrial technology

The five-year B.S. in Industrial Technology M.B.A. or B.S. Industrial Engineering M.B.A. allows students to obtain both their undergraduate and M.B.A. degree within five years after beginning their course of study at Lamar University.

By utilizing two electives for the B.S. in degree, students can get an early start on their M.B.A. classes.

Students can take up to 9 graduate hours before their undergraduate degree is conferred. Six of the 9 hours of M.B.A. courses can be counted as B.S.-IT/B.S.-IE elective hours. Courses chosen must be from M.B.A. leveling or M.B.A. core and must be approved by the M.B.A. Office.

Engineering Economics is part of the Industrial Technology and Industrial Engineering core. This course will satisfy the leveling requirement for FINC 5300.
