Early Start M.B.A. – Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering Undergraduates

The five-year B.S. in Electrical Engineering/M.B.A. allows Electrical Engineering students to obtain both their undergraduate and M.B.A. degree and within five years after the beginning their course of study at Lamar University.

By utilizing two electives for the B.S. in Electrical Engineering degree, students can get an early start on their M.B.A. classes.

Students can take up to nine graduate hours before their undergraduate degree is conferred. Six of the nine hours of M.B.A. courses can be counted as ELEN elective hours. Courses chosen must be from M.B.A. leveling or M.B.A. core and must be approved by the M.B.A. Office.

Part of the general studies core course requirement is INEN 2373. This course will satisfy the leveling requirement for FINC 5300.

Options for M.B.A. Leveling Courses
ACCT 5315
FINC 5300 (Satisfied by INEN 2373, Engineering Economics)

Options for M.B.A. Core Courses
