RX4DX is a seminar designed to equip first semester nursing students with strategies necessary for success in a nursing program.  The purpose of RX4DX is to empower newly admitted nursing students for success and alleviate anxiety-provoking issues that are common during the first semester of nursing school.

This faculty-led seminar introduces the nursing students to course materials, department policies, organization tips, and how to manage time and stress. RX4DX incorporates interactive activities to promote engagement such as a panel of current nursing students to answer questions describe a “Week in the Life” of a nursing student.
