Lamar University's Bachelor of Arts in Applied History prepares students to apply historical research, interpretation and techniques outside academia, often for museums, archives, historic sites and government agencies. This objective of this program is to focus on practical skills like curation, digital archiving and historical preservation rather than just academic research.
