Lamar University's Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in human performance provides a strong background in exercise and basic sciences, nutrition, psychology, principles of disease, exercise prescription, measurement and laboratory techniques. This program is rooted in the fundamental scientific principles of exercise and human performance, offering a unique blend of practical application and hands-on opportunities to develop marketable skills using technology or conducting research.
